Two Thousand Thirteen

Another year has flown by…I know it sounds cliché, but I can’t believe how fast this year went. I’ve compiled my favorite moments from 2013 below. I am looking forward to what the next year will bring; hoping to work on more weddings, have a better business plan for VV and crossing my fingers that we will have another Child through adoption or foster care. Thank you for all your support! Looking forward to sharing little moments of my life hear again next year.

Holiday Season

{Cupcakes and Cashmere book (I’m a huge fan!) and House of Harlow earrings (slightly different version here) as Christmas gifts}

Is everyone enjoying the Holiday season? I wrote about making a cookie house as part of creating tradition last year, but this year I got lazy and ended up just making ball cookies. I blamed it on Kiko’s sickness during the Christmas time. We were going to go outdoor skating in Akasaka on Christmas eve, but instead, we went to Suidobashi for some amusement park. Suidobashi is a great place to go with kids! Kiko really enjoyed the carousel ride. Other than that, we had a small gift opening time in the morning.

Fall 2013 Lookbook

Silk Hand Painted Dress

New Lookbook is here! For this lookbook, I tried to get out of my comfort zone (dresses) a bit and ventured into some new styles. Actually there is no dress in this lookbook except for the silk dress, above. Both high neck knit and pencil skirts are not normal
Items I use for dressing myself, but I really like the current trend and enjoy the change. The lookbook shoot was fun (I wrote it here) and the model Noemie was super sweet to work with. We borrowed the bicycle from a man who was reading on the park bench and hanging his laundry on his bike.. when we asked if we could use his bike for few photos, he gladly agreed! I hope you will like the new lookbook!
